Jayna Fuller

Jayna graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a bachelor’s in political science and a minor in psychology in 2019. After graduation, she moved back home to the San Francisco Bay Area, where she worked as a paralegal for two years. Her time as a paralegal solidified that law school was her next step.

Jayna enrolled in Santa Clara University’s School of Law in 2021 as a part of the Tech Edge J.D. program. She completed summer legal internships at Adobe and Roblox and participated as a student associate at Santa Clara Law’s Entrepreneur’s Law Clinic, where she advised emerging start-ups on legal issues related to employment law and entity formation. Her coursework includes topics such as intellectual property, law and tech of Silicon Valley, the law of artificial intelligence, advertising & marketing, and legal issues of start-up businesses.

In her words, “Jeff Hyman was my professor for the legal issues of start-up businesses course. This class helped me deepen my understanding of the wide variety of legal and business issues that start-ups face and the practical considerations for attorneys to find creative solutions to address these issues when they arise. At LWD Advisors, I can take what I learned in that course and put it into practice. I am honored to be a part of the LWD team and find great joy in supporting our clients to reach their business goals.”
